1. Eligibility for Return

  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Product must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and invoice.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged after delivery.
  • Opened software or memory cards.
  • Items with tampered serial numbers or warranty seals.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

4. Exchanges

  • Defective or damaged products can be exchanged for the same item.

5. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item was incorrect or damaged.
